Yes, we could provide our existed samples to customer for reference free of charge.
Can I request an existed sample?
Basically, before mass production and order confirmation, CHL will normally make the pre-production sample to be present to clients for approval. After all details confirmed, client needs to pay the set-up cost (if any), then we will make the bespoke sample accordingly. The set-up cost will be paid to printer directly to make the mold, plate and etc.
Can I request a customized sample?
Standard procedures of Ordering are as below,
a. Customer to send the inquiry with brief/detailed requirements to CHL
b. CHL to provide the professional detailed quotation to customers
c. Customers to confirm the price, delivery time, artwork, payment terms and etc
d. CHL to send the pro-forma invoice to customers for payment purpose
e. Customer to arrange the sample & printing mold cost or deposit to CHL
f. CHL to produce the pre-production sample as per customer's specific requirements
g. CHL to provide the photos of pre-production sample or send the real samples to customers for approval
h. Customers to confirm the pre-production samples and the official order
i. CHL to start the mass production after getting customer's approval for pre-production sample
j. CHL to send the clear images of mass production and mass production samples to customer for reference
k. Customers to conduct the QC inspection before goods delivery to forwarder's warehouse
l. Customer to arrange the balance to CHL if inspection result is within the AQL (Acceptable Quality Level)
m. CHL to arrange the goods delivery and book the shipping space with forwarder
n. Forwarder to arrange the Customs clearance in China and load the goods to vessel
What's the standard procedures of ordering?
Yes, this is that we are good at it. Our capability is to deliver the product solutions to our clients with their diversified products required. To be different with factory, we can help clients to source, purchase and deliver the order with combined items. Please don’t worry, CHL have such kind of capability and experience with more than 15 years.

Yes, we could make customized logo printed as per customer's requirements. We have capability to use various different printing methods, including silk screen printing, pad printing, heat transfer printing, embroidery, laser, decal and etc. We could offer our printing solution and advice to our customer for consideration.
Can I have the customized logo printed on the product?
CHL can provide more than 20 different printing methods to fit your product, including silk screen printing, pad printing, transfer printing, decal printing, embroidery. CHL will recommend and decide to use the best printing method based on the material and product our client choose in order to have the best branding & marketing effect.
What kind of printing method you can offer to fit my customized product?
To decorate your products, we will need a vector file format of your logo. If you don’t have this available, just send us the highest resolution of your logo available and we will do best to redraw it for you.
What format do I need to send my logo in? And what if I do not have that format?
Yes, to make the things easier for you, we will keep your logo on file. So everything will be ready to go if you need to re-order next time. Speeding up the process and making things easier and quicker for you.
Do you keep my logo on file?
A setup charge is a cost associated with the setup of the decorating machine, such as dye, screen, plate or mould. But don't worry, because on all of the products we offer, you will never pay an additional setup fee like some other competitors.
What are set up charges?
Artwork:
The maximum decoration area for each product will vary. This information will be advised by our skilled sales and designers for your confirmation.
When we are creating your artwork we will always maximize the available area for your logo to look its best.
How big can my logo be displayed on the product?
Yes. On some products, we recommend a 1 colour print as it is very economical, alternatively multi-colour printing may not be an option. Just send us your logo and we’ll handle the rest.
I have a multi-coloured logo, can it be converted to one colour?
Delivery times differ on a product-to-product basis. The estimated production time will be advised by our sales team depending on your specific request. The complexity of product and quantity will affect the mass production time. Normally the production time is between 10-30 days after all details confirmed and order placed.
How long will it take to receive my product?
Actually, CHL accepts the almost popular payment methods in the market, like bank transfer, paypal, western union, L/C and etc.
What kind of payment methods you accept?
Yes, as we are doing the OEM/ODM product for our client, we will make the order and product based on our clients’ specific requirements, like make the new mold, arrange the custom logo imprint on product. This will make us to have the MOQ for each order or each product. But the MOQ is different based on different printing mold and product. You could consult with our sales for the specific MOQ for each item.
Do you have minimum order quantity (MOQ) for each order or each product?
Before packaging and goods delivery, we will conduct the internal inspection for the products in accordance with the ANSI/ASQ Z1.4-2008.
How can you ensure the product quality?
Ordering and Production:
We can do split delivery locations on most products. This will be more expensive than just having them delivered to a single location. However, we also have the capability of many individual location deliveries. We will do best to satisfy our client’s request.
Can I have my order delivered to multiple locations?
Yes, for the small order, we recommend to use door to door courier for the delivery. It is definitely quicker and more economic compared to other complicated shipping way.
Can I get my ordered products quickly? What kind of method for the delivery?
We have the strategic agreements with the worldwide couriers, like FedEx, UPS and DHL. This allows us to reach every corner of the world. Our clients don’t need to worry about the logistics and shipping, they just need to receive the goods in their office.
What shipping courier do you use?
We can offer all kinds of the trade terms to our client for selection, like ex-work, FOB, CIF, CNF, DDU, DDP and etc. Our clients can decide which one they prefer, we will make the quote accordingly. For DDP term, it is suitable for new clients that are not familiar with the importing procedures, they don’t need to worry about the complicated documentation and procedures.
What kind of trade terms you offer?
Shipping:
For the bulk order with large amount of goods, normally we suggest to choose sea shipment or train shipment with the cheaper logistic costs. For Europea countries, train shipping is a good and reliable way. For other countries, sea shipping will be the best way to save money.
